ICEBERG TRIBE LLP (“Haarmoney” or “Company”),under no circumstance, entertains refund or cancellation of a successfully completed order. Haarmoney is a digital platform offering financial compatibility report, hence orders once placed are final and they cannot be cancelled.
The fees for the paid services will be displayed on website. The price will be is INR excluding statutory taxes. The paid service will automatically expire after availing the paid report. You will continue to access the account for viewing your paid reports. We reserve the right to charge additional fees in the future for the Services or any other services offered by Us. Any such changes will be communicated to You by email 7 (seven) days before such change, and will be displayed on the website. App. Your continuous usage of our Service even after the introduction of the fees shall be treated as your acceptance to pay us the applicable fees. In the event, We modify the Fees payable and If You do not wish to pay the modified Fees then You may withdraw Your account and discontinue the use of Our Services without incurring any additional costs payable to Us.
You are advised to make your own enquiries, due diligence and satisfy yourselves on all aspects of our services and other terms including but not limited to pricing, features, benefits, offers both financial and otherwise before making payment decision.
Payment made by Net Banking / Debit / Credit Card/ Paypal/ RTGS/ NEFT/UPI etc would be in accordance with the prevailing RBI guidelines. Activation of paid service shall be subject to realization of the said payment. In case of reversal of payments initiated by your bank; you shall be liable to pay applicable bank’s /PG/ bouncing charges. Further service to your account will be deactivated / suspended until you settle the value of the payment and applicable bank charges. haarmoney uses third party payment gateways for collection payment through credit/debit card or other payment instruments. All payments on our website are securely processed. Our payment partners use industry-standard encryption to protect your financial information. You shall not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity, and such an act shall be treated as violation of terms of use. Payment once made for paid services cannot be assigned to any person/party or adjusted towards any other product or packages provided by the Company. Refunds: Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact at dhruv@icebergtribe.com for refund inquiries. You agree to bear your bank / payment instrument charges, if any, towards the payment of fees or any other transaction carried out by you and we shall not be liable to reimburse any such charges.
The payments made by user to the company for availaing any of the paid services are treated as non-refundable.
